Daily Tours from Yerevan
Day tours from Yerevan are the most efficient way to see Armenia's headline sites if you have limited time — most major monasteries, the Garni Temple, Lake Sevan, Dilijan and the Areni-1 cave wineries are reachable within a 90-minute drive of the capital. Each daily tour includes a licensed guide, comfortable air-conditioned transport, and entrance fees to all listed sites.
Popular combinations include Garni paired with Geghard, the southern loop with Khor Virap and Noravank, the Lake Sevan and Sevanavank route, the Tatev cable-car day (Guinness World Record holder as the world's longest non-stop double-track cable car), and the Areni-1 cave wine-tasting trip. All tours depart from Yerevan with central pickup.
Most daily tours run year-round, while higher-altitude extensions (Lake Kari, Mount Aragats) are seasonal (May–October). Groups range from private (1–4) to small group (up to 8). Meal arrangements vary by tour.

What Our Travelers Say
Real experiences from real adventurers
“My trip to Armenia has just ended. We climbed Aragats, the highest peak of Armenia, as well as some volcanoes. We also crossed the highlands which are inhabited by shepherds, and enjoyed an amazing horseback ride. But the cultural aspects were truly fascinating as well. We met the Molokan community expelled by the Tsar in the mid-1800s and the Yazidis, whose religion is inspired by Zoroastrianism. The Matenadaran (the ancient library) with its thousands of manuscripts and the monasteries that we visited were absolutely breathtaking. Yes, we can say that it is a small but interesting country: Armenia is waiting for you!”

“My husband and I joined the Lonelytraveller group tour to the Caucasus and spent six days in Armenia. We were very happy and grateful to have Miss Nara as our tour guide. She is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and she shared with us the rich history and the beautiful sights of Armenia. We learned so much during our journey. We would like to sincerely thank you and Miss Nara for arranging such a wonderful holiday for us.”
